Veggie Potstickers


I made the best potstickers yesterday. They were filled with leftover stir-fry (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, spinach, garlic, onions, ginger), and dipped in Garlic Teriyaki/Soy Sauce. I'll probably be making these daily for the rest of this week.

Those look fabulous. I have not been able to find vegan wrappers for potstickers. I will keep looking.
