CCK's Better-n-Rice Pudding/Snickerdoodle Oatmeal

For my next entry in CCK's Jocalat give-away, I have made this tasty Pudding/Oatmeal.
I'm going to try it as-is, but will probably have to add the customary dollop of almond butter as well.
